Domestic shipping (Australia) 

• Orders will be packed and sent within 1-2 business days. All orders will be sent with Australia Post.
• Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout based on weight of products and the address entered. 
• Once dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number. 
• Please check the shipping address provided is accurate as we are unable to amend it once the item has been shipped.
• If your order is time sensitive, please select the express shipping option. 

International shipping

• Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout based on weight of products and the address entered.
• You will receive a tracking number to track your order.
• Please note that all orders may be subjected to duties and taxes upon arrival.
• These charges are determined by your local customs authority and include:
  • The sales tax applied by your area for purchases from Australia
  • Duties charged for processing by your country

Returns Policy

CHROMi pieces may be returned for a credit or exchange if they are still in original condition and packaging, and returned within 30 days of dispatch. All returns require a valid form of proof of purchase. Please notify us within 14 days of purchase date if you wish to return. If you return any pieces, kindly keep in mind that you will be responsible for the return postage. Refunds are only issued when required by law.
